Role: IT Support Services is requesting a staff aug Technical Architecture Specialist (TAS3) primarily to assist with the two year PC refresh effort and provide technical support.
Responsibility list:
- PC Deployment & equipment recovery
- Tier two incident resolution
- Support for the following:
- Windows hardware & OS
- Mobile hardware & OS
- AV support
- Printers
- Select applications
- Service Desk Support (Peak volume)
