*** Very long term project; Long term - usually goes for 3+ years***Onsite *** 37.5 hours per week ***

Role:  IT Support Services is requesting a staff aug Technical Architecture Specialist (TAS3) primarily to assist with the two year PC refresh effort and provide technical support.  

Responsibility list:   

  • PC Deployment & equipment recovery
  • Tier two incident resolution  
  • Support for the following:
  • Windows hardware & OS
  • Mobile hardware & OS
  • AV support
  • Printers
  • Select applications
  • Service Desk Support (Peak volume)

Required skills:

  • 5 years of
