Required Skills:
- Must have around 7- 10 years of experience in Contact Center Technologies (preferably Avaya)
- encompassing Interactive Voice Response (IVR), VXML, Nuance ASR/TTS, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
- Good to have experience in NICE Call Recording, IVR Development, Scripting
- Additional skills are SQL/Oracle database, Windows/Unix servers, Data networking, asset/inventory control, Support skills
- Perform Code Unit Test
