Required Skills:

  • Must have around 7- 10 years of experience in Contact Center Technologies (preferably Avaya)
  • encompassing Interactive Voice Response (IVR), VXML, Nuance ASR/TTS, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)
  • Good to have experience in NICE Call Recording, IVR Development, Scripting
  • Additional skills are SQL/Oracle database, Windows/Unix servers, Data networking, asset/inventory control, Support skills
  • Perform Code Unit Test
