W2 or 1099 only - no c2c

• 45% - Develops new applications to meet functional and technical designs.  Develop new software applications on both the Intranet and Windows PC platforms. Leads user groups in the testing of newly developed software applications.
• 25% - Analyzes, debugs, and resolves defects in applications. Constructs and develops new computer programming code on applications to meet end user requirements. Provides hands on expertise in developing complex infrastructure needed for full scale development and deployment of new business solutions to include error reporting, database connectivity, logging, etc. Regression test changes to ensure product quality has not been compromised. 
• 15% - Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned. Enhances existing applications, troubleshooting or augmenting functionality as necessary. Work with subject matter experts in designing changes.  Engages with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements, and contributes to completion of functional specifications. Prepares technical documentation on application specifications. 
• 15% - Other duties assigned. 

Skills

• 7 years .Net
• 5 years of required experience in: Operating Systems/Environment: Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012 R2, Microsoft IIS, Windows 7, Windows 10 Programming Languages/Development Tools: Visual Basic, VBA, JavaScript,  Visual Studios 2015 Framework/SDLs/Methodologies: Microsoft .NET
• 5 years experience in :  CSS3, Microsoft C#, 
• 2 Years of experience in: Microsoft SQL 2008 R2, Microsoft SQL 2012
