Role and responsibilities:

• Provide project deliverable support to the Project Lead during a Manufacturing Execution Systems implementation (e.g. Current State/End State Business Process Analysis, UAT Planning/Execution, Post Go-Live Support, Risk Management, Action Item Tracking, Issue Resolution, Meeting Summaries, etc.).
• Provide analysis support of Business processes, Systems and Policies (involving Demand Planning, Forecast, Procurement, Manufacturing/Assembly, Logistics/Fulfillment, Invoice/Reporting and Warranty/Support).
• Provide support with pain point and root cause analysis to define End State solution design.
• Work with Cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, and other Supply Chain Management teams during process workshops, solution design, Business Acceptance Testing, Training and Post Go Live support activities.
• Document Process flows using Visio, develop project presentation collateral, and update project archives based on meetings and discussions.
• Support the execution of the existing project plan as required by the Project Leader.
• Participate in meetings and support the documentation of meeting minutes (key discussion points, action items, issues, risks and decisions)
• Proactively supports the resolution and closure of project related action items, risks, issues and key decisions
• Provide scheduling assistance and develop facilitation content as required for project meetings, working sessions and other project activities.

Skills and Experience:

• 7 - 10+ years of Business Analyst experience for MES, Supply Chain or relevant projects.
• Strong knowledge/experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related business processes.
• Working knowledge of Hi-Tech supply chain, manufacturing or MES strategies & practices.
• Hi-Tech, Data Storage Industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, research and analytical skills.
• Excellent Client facing skills with strong communication, written and verbal skills.
• Highly motivated, credible, articulate, assertive and proven ability to complete work tasks ahead or on schedule.
•  Can-do mindset. Flexible, positive thinker that can find the way to get things down in a complex and fast-moving environment.
