Required Skills: 

• Experience with Esri ArcGIS solutions for integrated mapping and location functions.
• NET Core and C#, for building backend services and applications. 8 Years
• ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core for building web applications. 8 Years
• PostGres Database\ PostGres GIS. 8 Years
• APIs and Integration, RESTful APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture. 8 Years
• Testing frameworks: XUnit/NUnit, Prefer: Jasmine and Karma. 8 Years
• ORM, such as Entity framework and Dapper. 8 Years
• Esri ArcGIS solutions. 8 Years
• Cloud services with implementation in .NET: Azure Function, Azure Queue, Azure Storage, Azure container registry, Key Vault. 8 Years
• Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Prefer: prior experience with jQuery and Bootstrap), Angular with recent experience with Angular 14 or greater. 8 Years
• Tools: Visual Studio with recent experience in VS2022 and VS Code, Azure DevOps /Git. 8 Years
• Knowledge of responsiveness and mobile-first development
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and Solid principles
• Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
• Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
• Experience designing for platform technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android)
• Experience applying WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices
• Experience optimizing for the accessibility features of the platform (HTML, iOS, Android)
• Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards
