Short Description: -

This role focuses on building and supporting transaction-heavy services using C#, ASP.NET, DB2, and IBM MQ. You will work on complex integrations, high-volume processing, and modernization toward AWS & Open Shift. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain C# / ASP.NET backend services with high transaction volumes.
• Implement and optimize DB2 stored procedures, SQL, and indexing.
• Build and support IBM MQ producers/consumers (sync + async).
• Collaborate with architects, QA, BAs, Ops, and security teams.
• Perform code reviews, production support, and design improvements.

 Required Skills: 

• 7+ years hands-on experience with C# & ASP.NET (MVC/Web API).
• 4+ years Strong experience in DB2 experience (SQL, procedures, tuning).
• 3+ Years’ experience with IBM MQ or similar enterprise queues.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, transactions, locking.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Git & CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
• Background in financial/pharmacy/retail transaction systems.
• Knowledge of Docker, logging, and SRE/DevOps tooling.
