Proposed Role

• Senior Data Analyst / Statistician :  Data Analyst + Data Scientist / Visualization Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as main contact with KHP; oversees all project activities; manages schedule and deliverables; provides interpretation of findings; presents analysis to command-level leadership; ensures compliance with TO.
• Leads data aggregation and analysis; performs statistical modeling; designs dashboards and visual reports; interprets demographic and enforcement data; ensures methodological accuracy and validity.
• Handles data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from KHP systems (LPR, CAD, HP-141, etc.); ensures data quality and integrity; supports quarterly report preparation and document management

Skills

• 6 years experience
