The Sr. Salesforce Developer will design and implement Salesforce-based applications and integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document solutions, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker who can hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision.

Primary Responsibilities: -

·         Design and lead comprehensive performance testing strategies to validate system behavior under load, stress, and peak conditions. Align these strategies with business requirements and project goals

·         Create, configure, and execute complex test scripts in JMeter to simulate real-world usage scenarios and workload patterns. Optimize and troubleshoot scripts to achieve accurate and reliable performance assessments.

·         Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including integration with external systems.

·         Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

·         Participate in all stages of the application development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.

·         Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce, Force.com, and object-oriented programming principles.

·         Configure and customize Salesforce environments to meet business needs.

·         Lead design sessions and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.

·         Execute deployment and implementation activities across environments.

·         Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies for quality assurance.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, security, and business analysts.

·         Evaluate and recommend vendor software and integration strategies.

·         Maintain technical documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills: 

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         7+ years of experience in full-cycle application development, including Salesforce and object-oriented programming.

·         Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools, configuration, and customization.

·         Strong understanding of Salesforce Web Service APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata).

·         Salesforce Developer or Administrator certifications preferred.

·         Proven experience with Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, and JavaScript.

·         Excellent communication and analytical skills.

·         Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

·         Experience in system architecture design and gap analysis.

·         Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.
