Looking for candidate who can provide leadership and hands on expertise in area of data analysis, database design and data migration on mainframe DB2 and provide the full range of TELON software support. ACTS (Automated Collection and Tracking System) is a large and complex mainframe (Cobol, CICS, DB2, JCL, Telon) based computer system.

• Resource is needed for the upgrade of Telon which according to the software end of life policy found in the Statewide IT Security Manual is needed immediately and therefore a state mandate.
• the team needs a resource with expert knowledge of IBM DB2 (DBA skills as well as application knowledge), expert knowledge of CICS system and application programming skills,
• Encryption of Data at rest. This effort requires a resource with knowledge of DASD encryption, DB2 DBA skills, and expert level mainframe application programming skills including use of TELON.
•  requires expert knowledge of DB2, ETL, and stored procedure(s).                   
• effort requires expert level knowledge of REXX language.
