Description:

• Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors.
• Strong Functional and Technical knowledge of the Platform providing guidance and support to deliver solutions.
• Subject Matter Expert in developing, scripting and configuring solutions on the platform.
• Experience in maintaining CMDB, Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories. Excellent understanding of infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships. Experience with MID Server Administration.
• Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors.
• Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics.
• Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture, table structure and core functionalities including configurations.
• Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs, SOAP Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes.
• Experience with Platform Analytics, Process Mining and Process Automation.
• Ability to perform Platform upgrades and clones.
• Ability to evaluate and implement Security Center alerts.
