Job description:
*** Webcam interview; long term project; initial PO for 1 year with multiyear extensions ***Hybrid; need 3 references with resume
PM supporting five key areas: continuous improvement, risk management, sustainability, information technology, and emergency management.
The consultant will:
- Source and deploy qualified personnel (60% onsite at LA , with possible travel to Sacramento/DC mileage/travel expenses will be paid).
- certifications and experience in Lean Six Sigma, risk frameworks, sustainability strategy, IT data governance, and emergency management best practices.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring to staff.
- Deliver measurable outcomes such as process efficiencies, improved risk mitigation, sustainability and equity action plans, IT data maturity, and enterprise emergency management strategies.
- Ensure compliance
The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience, certifications (Lean Six Sigma, IT/data certifications, etc.), and strong facilitation/project management skills.
