Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Activities Such As Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, And Sprint Retrospective.

• Ensure Team Follows Scrum Framework And Agile Principles.

• Promote Continuous Improvement Through Retrospective And Feedback Sessions.

• Communicate Project Status, Risks, And Issues To Stakeholders.

• Track Kpis And Help Teams Deliver High-quality Products/solutions On Time.

Required Skills:-

• Minimum 3 Years Experience As A Scrum Master

• 3 Years Azure Devops Experience

• General Conceptual Understanding Of Programming And Db Querying.

Preferred Skill:-

• Certification In Agile Methodologies, Like Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm).

• Government Experience Desired But Not Required

• Erp Experience Preferred

Education Required :- 

• Bachelors Degree .
