Leverage 3-month development sprints for Aria Operations integrations & operational training for adoption Activities & Deliverables:

• Aria Operations Centralized Alerting and Monitoring
• Define Alert Types with Criticality for vSphere Objects
• Setup Pager Duty Integration for Critical Alerts
• Setup Email Integration for Lesser Alerts
• Raise SNOW Tickets for Specific Alerts

Aria Operations Management Packs Installation and Initial Configuration

• Dell MX and VXRail
• Cisco Networking and Cisco UCS
• Cohesity

OpenShift

• NetApp and Pure
• Aria Operations Charge Back Setup

Initial Configuration of Cost Drivers

• Traditional, Converged, Storage, License, Labor, Network, Facilities, Depreciation, additional costs
• Best Canned Reports and Dashboards to use for displaying Cost to customers and leadership

Aria Operations Reporting and Dashboards

Develop new reports and dashboards

• Integrate into day-to-day operations
• vDefend (priority but currently paused)

Deployment of the Product in existing VCF Environment

• Initial Setup and Configuration
• Policy Creation and Tagging

Upgrades to VCF9 (will be a big focus of the workshop around business outcomes)

• Business outcomes
• Infrastructure Optimization
• Cost savings in AWS
• Implementation of Private cloud
• Streamline On-Prem Spending
• Create automation efficiency (currently seeing several gaps in alerting and monitoring
