Job Description: Seeking an experienced Resource  who have some development experience with Node.js, C# or python.  We are seeing such profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and design integration solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM using Oracle APIs, middleware, and cloud-based tools.
• Develop and implement secure and scalable integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
• Utilize Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data transformations and integrations.
• Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services for HCM data exchange.
• Architect solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud (Virtual Machines, Functions, Databases, APIs) to support hybrid cloud environments.
• Develop data pipelines and ETL solutions using Informatica Cloud Integration Hub and IICS/IDMC for seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to HR and employee data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Job Specification Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a solution architect working with HR systems, applications, data and associated integrations including time management and payroll features.
• Experience in development of customizations and integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications such as HCM and/or ERP.
• Experience in development of application integrations using Informatica Cloud Integration Hub (CIH), MuleSoft, Boomi or TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Development experience with Node.js, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience in Azure Cloud or AWS Cloud, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture.
• Experience in architecting Cloud Native Applications, REST APIs

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science  Electronics communication & engineering or equivalent

Skills - Good to have

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (*** Preferred but not a must have ***)
