Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years ***Remote***  need 3 references

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Subject matter expert for data migration and conversion activities
• Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly status reports project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed
• Analyzing data conversion plans and approaches
• Conduct feasibility analysis of project plans
• Analyzing risks and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks

Expertise and or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• Ten (10) years experience in leading data migration, cleansing and conversion projects 
• Experience with Corrections processes
• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Scrum Methodology
• Ability to understand complex business problems
• Understanding of data conversion challenges
• Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems
• Understanding of database platforms and database design
• government experience preferred
