Minimum experience needed 10+ years
Tools: eDiscovery and legal hold owned by Smarsh, specifically with knowledge on Micro Focus eDiscovery and Legal Hold tools
Expected skill set:
- Maintain application availability
- Update website certificates as required
- Monitor IDOL backups
- Respond to tickets and requests by users
- Update legal hold notifications as requested
- Update workflows in eD as needed.
