Description:

• Should have minimum experience of 6 years on SAP Fieldglass and atleast 10 years of Data migration experience.
• Should have experience working Fieldglass data objects like SOW, Contingent labour, required master data objects etc.
• Should have experience in migrating the transaction data to SAP Fieldglass.
• Must be well-versed Job posting templates, Approval groups, rules, Invoices, rate structures, timesheets, SOW, SOW workers, suppliers etc.
• Should have knowledge about the mass download and upload.
• Should be able to configure the connectors if required to mass download and upload the data.
• Must have worked on SAP Fieldglass for all 4 modules.
• Must have done atleast 3 E2E implementation Project in SAP Fieldglass in a client facing role or handled Fieldglass Data migration
• Must be able to support customer in data cleansing activities.
• Can drive the data migration strategy discussions for Fieldglass and prepare the data migration plan.
• Ability to understand customers data and to map it with Fieldglass’s data object.
• Can handle the transformation of existing data to new Fieldglass specific templates for SOW & contingent labour
• Validation and preparation of data sets for Testing/UAT.
• Responsible for migrating the manual data to production.
• Have good knowledge of working with excel spreadsheets, formulas and transformation
• Agile learner and recognized expert with ability to promote the benefits of the solution
• Ability to drive, strong influencing skills, sound methodical skills with attention to details and process requirements.
• Proven capability working with stakeholders and sharing best practices and business knowledge
• Ensure high quality and on time delivery of project requirements based on established scope, schedule and cost parameters.
