Mandatory Skills: Axway B2Bi, AS2, SFTP EDI, JSON, Oracle, XML, WebServices, IBM Websphere MQ v 6, WTX, SOAPUI, Core Java, APIGEE , Java, Springboot, Microservices, JavaScript/Python, Cloud Technologies.

Client is looking for a API Gateway Engineer / Developer with extensive experience in OAuth flows, Apigee infrastructure and Cloud Technologies.

Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in API Gateway architecture and Enterprise Integration/Middleware Solutions.
  • 3/5 years of experience writing automation scripts and building dashboards for Application Performance management to manage Transaction journeys
  • 2/4 years of extensive experience in Axway Vordel and Apigee API platforms
  • 2/3 years of working knowledge on with one or more databases Oracle, SQL Server and DB2
  • 2/3 years of Experience transitioning platforms to the cloud and Containerization Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Rancher (or Cloud Formation, Azure and OpenShift)
  • Hands on experience on Apigee Edge or Apigee OPDK (Proxies, shared flows, flow hooks and utilizing caches)
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Typescript and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Monitoring tools  Splunk, App dynamics and Grafana stack
  • Experience with tools like Rally, Confluence and other CI/CD extenders

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work on proof of concepts and implementation for automation tools that help teams in the development cycle like automate testing for Business use cases, develop API proxies and shared flows which helps speed up the work
  • Experience with automation of Spike Arrest traffic limits with a minimal value which helps the consumers with the initial API call connectivity testing.
