Description:

NC DHHS requires the services of a Senior Solutions Engineer to provide technical solutions for application development using J2EE, AWS,  Power Platforms, Salesforce and other technologies. This position will start by playing a major role in helping us with the technical solutioning for applications in the cloud as we develop dashboards using Azure and Power BI currently for FNS ARPA BIA project and for extending this for developing same kind of dashboards for other programs like Medicaid, CA etc., and FNS QC dashboards. This position will also help us create solutions for developing new apps using Power Apps for FNS trail budget and others that are in the pipeline. This position will also in future help us develop potential new solutions as we plan to go through application modernization after migrating to AWS, potentially using some new tools in AWS especially for notice modernization, processing paper application forms systematically, creating baseline APIs using DelBoomi, Mulesoft etc. and for creating new user responsive interfaces using low code no code technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Cloud practitioner Certification
  • Experience developing technical solutions for enterprise applications including applications in Cloud 10 Years
  • Experience providing technical solutions with structured system development methodologies using Java and J2EE 10 Years
  • Experience developing solutions and maintaining applications using AngularJS, ReactJS and other related tools. 4 Years
  • Experience developing applications using Power Platform 2 Years
  • Experience developing Data Warehouse solutions 3 Years
  • Experience in using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, ETL tools or any other relational database and tools 5 Years
  • Experience with PL/SQL or other database scripting and Relational Database modeling. 5 Years
  • Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting an sense of urgency; independently identify options. 8 Years
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. 8 Years

Highly Desired Skills:

  • Experience using Curam Framework 10 Years
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development 5 Years
  • Experience with Cloud SaaS and PaaS 3 Years
  • Experience creating solutions and developing applications using low code no code technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform and others. 2 Years
  • Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing 4 Years
