Responsibilities:

• Ensure that assets are properly assigned, tracked, reassigned and/or disposed of following standard agency policy. 
• Manage distribution of systems and software throughout the agency.  
• Assist with system ordering, delivery tracking and distribution planning.  
• Manage equipment surplus locally and coordinate surplus for regional sites.  
• Create reports for surplus and equipment refresh/life cycle planning.
• Assist with the creation of documented processes and procedures for Asset Management and deployment. 

Experience Needed:

• Client is willing to teach specifics if you have a basic familiarization of Excel
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Keen awareness of the importance of managing every detail conscientiously   
• Warehouse management experience helpful
• CAMP certification not necessary but nice to have
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Remedy, ServiceNow or other asset management software preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud management consoles such as CoreView, Adobe Administrative console preferred.
• Familiarity with data reporting, creation and generation of spreadsheets and reports.
• Ability to travel as needed. 

Required Skills

• General IT Support experience with focus on asset management 1 Years
• General knowledge of desktop, laptop, mobile devices makes/models
• Experience with device refresh process: ordering, installation, deinstallation, asset tagging, inventory management, disposal of asset surplus, etc.
• Intermediate Excel skills: linking documents, structuring data tracking with db architecture best practice basics, creating pivot tables, etc.
• Ability to lift 30/40 pounds and bend to the floor easily

Desired Skills:

• CAMP certification
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Remedy, ServiceNow, or other asset management software
• Familiarity with Cloud management consoles such as CoreView, Adobe Administrative console
