Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years ***  onsite

Typical Experience: 12-36 months

This position is onsite.

Sample Role Types: Desktop Support Analyst, Help Desk Support Analyst

Expected Skills: Able to work successfully with guidance; cannot provide leadership to others; able to manage simple to medium complexity work efforts.

Description (including, but not limited to):

  1. Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
  2. Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
  3. Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users

Required Skills

2 years of

  • Unpack PC boxes and stage for i-tagging
  • Organizing PCs and parts in stock rooms
  • Work tasks & perform data updates in ServiceNow system
  • Process PCs & delivery for State Surplus
  • Assist with PC pickups, deliveries, shipping
  • File equipment receipts
  • Physical PC inventories
  • Provide desktop staff inventory as requested
  • Assist with testing new PC models
  • Provide PCs to customers
  • Image PCs
  • Use SharePoint for file management
  • Win 10, 11 knowledge preferred
  • M365 knowledge preferred
