Job Description:

• Work closely with ITD staff in the design, development, and operation of the Business Intelligence Data Platform and the Enterprise Data Platform
• Liaise with Department of Information Technology (DIT) partners, specifically the Health Information Exchange Authority (HIEA) and Government Data Analytics Center (GDAC) on entity resolution and record linkage efforts
• Liaise with HIEA to identify and operationalize areas for data sharing and exchange to improve public health and wellness
• Oversee technical aspects of Master Data Management across DHHS, including mapping of unique IDs across systems, with record linkage and entity resolution support from DIT partners
• Oversee creation of data automation pipelines across systems

Required skills:

• Experience with Record linkage and entity resolution 3 Years
• Experience with Conceptual data modeling 3 Years
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 3 Years
• Working knowledge of schema design and data modeling best practices 3 Years
• Experience with SQL 3 Years
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting 3 Years
• Bachelors in computer science or related field, Masters preferred 5+ years of experience 3 Years
