Job Description:

• Monitors Service Now requests and workflows
• Track open data related ServiceNow tickets and work with Data Office and ITD staff to prioritize
• Oversee data permissions and access, including removal of access when contracts end or staff rotates off projects
• Work with DIT to create and refine Data Office item workflows based on customer needs
• Partner with Privacy and Security Office staff to ensure appropriate input from PSO is included on data request tickets (and not pulled in unnecessarily)
• Become proficient in the Departments dataset annotation tool of choice (TBD), and train data stewards in its use
• Data asset annotation, in collaboration with data stewards and other Business Unit staff

Required skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system 3 Years
• Basic knowledge of data standards 3 Years
• Experience with metadata collection and management 3 Years
• Bachelors degree or equivalent. 3 Years

Desired skills:

• Background in library science preferred but not required. 3 Years
