Job Description:

The candidate must be able to provide technical and architectural leadership for the PAIRS project.  The candidate must have a have a strong Microsoft .NET development background and experience with microservices.  Experience using Visual Studio 2022, C#, ASP.NET Core 3.1 (and higher) and Microsoft SQL server is required.  The position requires the ability to design and build new web based applications and microservices that adhere to the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center coding standards and must comply with the Commonwealths Digital Accessibility Policy.

• Entity Framework (code first/database first)  
• Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (creating tables, developing stored procedures, encrypting data)  
• Developing/consuming Web APIs and shared services  
• Agile/Scrum Development Methodologies  
• Manage work items and source code using Azure DevOps  
• Excellent Communication Skills  

Desired skills:

• Ability to setup and run SAST code scans using tools such as Veracode.
• Knowledge of Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)
