Position Description and Job Skill Set:

Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.

Individual will be responsible for the day to day administration of the agency Citrix Virtual Apps environment. They will assist users to resolve any issues that may occur. They will make any recommendations for changes that will enhance the user experience as well as any improvements for usage.

Required Skills/Experience:

Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.

Must have experience with Active Directory GPOs and Citrix Policies. Must have experience with AWS. Must be experienced with Citrix ADCs. Must have experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of Windows 2012 R2/Windows 2016 servers in Citrix XenApp 7.x or later environment

Preferred/Not Required

Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.

Operating Systems:

• Windows Server 2016 Required
• Windows Server 2019
• Citrix ADC

Framework/SLD/Methodology:

• DevOps, preferred

Criteria:

• Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop
• Experience with Citrix ADCs
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Windows Server OS
