**** W2 or 1099 or  c2c ***webcam interview *****Long term  project;  usually the project goes for multiple years with this customer. Most of the managers work mostly remote now; but some do Hybrid; remote/hybrid options can be discussed during interview *** Proof of vaccination required before starting the project***

DCRA has developed an in-house licensing system to manage occupational and professional licensing intake, issuance and reporting.  The contractor will be responsible for database support and management of the backend Microsoft SQL Server DBMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Stand up, deploy and maintain the MS SQL Server database environment
  • Develop ETL processes to support transmission of data to third party systems
  • Provide data related analysis including ad hoc queries for business units
  • Monitor database environment to ensure DBMS is running efficiently

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience

Required Skills

  • 11-15 yrs. database design, documentation, and coding
  • 12 years of Experience to include tasks such as data migration, data replication, user administration, backup and recovery and performance tuning
  • 11-15 yrs. SQL experience
  • 11-15 yrs. designing and implementing reports and report interfaces
  • 15 years of Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of Experience with one or more of the following: Java, Python, PERL, PowerShell, VBS, Eclipse, Postgres, Jenkins on a Windows platforms.
  • 12 years of SQL Server Management Studio experience
  • 8 years of Develop ETL processes to support transmission of data to third party systems
  • 8 years of Experience creating ad hoc queries for business units

Highly Desired Skills

  • 8 years of SSRS and SSIS experience is preferred
