Years of Relevant Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst developing Functional requirements using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN.

Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent

Job Description:

DAS is seeking a Business Analyst Senior Programmer with .IIBA certification that has strong communication skills to work in a team environment to define and formalize Functional business requirements.  Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Defining Functional requirements that describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements. 
  • Define User (stakeholder) requirements that reflect how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases must be formulated. 
  • Defining Quality of service (non functional) requirements which do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. For example: performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability.
  • Defining Report Specifications 
  • Defining Requirements Traceability Matrix which will be used to track requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process. 
  • Developing graphic representations business processes. 

Must have skills:

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Organizational skills
  • Additional Skills MS Exel, Documentation and Presentation
  • Certifications or Desired skills if any IIBA Certification

Required skills:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst developing Functional requirements using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN. 7 Years

  • MS Exel, Documentation and Presentation
