** Webcam interview.** Initial PO for 12 months; usually projects with this customer goes for 3+ years *** Remote project but must pick up laptop in person at Phoenix AZ ***Upon hire, all resources must complete a State Tax Background.*** 

MS Access Developer to assist AZDOR in conversion of a large number of MS Access databases to SQL Server.

• Knowledge of: splitting MS Access databases, upgrading MS Access database to latest versions, modifying and developing front end forms and reports. 
• Previous experience with tax related information or financial data principals are highly desired.
• Interview and collaborate with non technical business users to collect requirements
• Proactively address technical production issues

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience
• Experience as a Microsoft Access Database developer and VBA programing is required (advance from design)
• Experience with MS Access front end distribution process with users and ability to connect front end to SQL Server back end is needed. 
• Experience with Jet SQL is required. TSQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience with split MS Access databases in terms of user access and authentication, deploying updates to end users. 
• Experience with object library for Microsoft Office is required 
• Experience with large data sets is desired
