Job description:


**** Two locations; candidate can work on either one; local travel between locations required; mileage will be paid

Current hardware

1.1.  Avaya S8800 VMS Messaging System of the VoIP telephone system.

1.2.  Telephone hardware:  Avaya 9620; 9640 and 9650 digital telephones.

1.3.  Telephone software (future): softphone technology

1.4.  Polycoms (speakerphones):   Clear One.

Video Conferencing Equipment: May include equipment such as MMR with MS Teams, CISCO/Tandberg Video Conferencing Equipment.

 

Skills

BS degree or equivalent experience

4 years Avaya experience

VOIP, Polycom, VMS
