Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO till 6/30/2022, expect to go for 4+ years ***Onsite -  *** W2 hourly contract only; no c2c or 1099 ***

Under direct supervision, accountable for assisting higher level Network Technicians designing, operating, maintaining enterprise network systems. Monitors LAN and WAN switches, and wireless access points. Maintains and utilizes network management applications to identify network faults. Advises higher level Technicians or Network Manager of network status. Alerts Manager or more experienced Technicians of wired and wireless network failures, bandwidth degradation, or signal weakness, and assists in performing corrective action. Works with hardware and/or software vendors to ensure timely problem resolution according to documented Service Level Agreement. Regularly reports to a Network Manager.

Qualifications 

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited college or university OR 3 years of experience monitoring and optimizing the performance of Windows and MAC-based computer and network systems within an organization.
• Cisco Certifications such as CCENT or CCNA
• CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+
• Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA)

Required Skills:

Nice to have Skills:
