Job description:

*** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year and usually the project goes for 3-5 years with this customer *** onsite *** Potential Travel between counties of Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb; mileage will be paid.

Skills

4 years technical support
Experience receiving trouble calls on equipment and diagnosing problems.
Performs local and remote testing of equipment
Performs equipment repair.
Assists in installation of software and hardware.
mainframe experience preferred
windows, network, printers
