• 8 years experience
• Serve as a COBOL/DB2 mainframe developer for Unemployment Compensation system; can define, plan, design, develop and support COBOL/DB2/SQL
• Can research and review system design and technical documentation in order to develop planned and ad-hoc solutions as presented.
• Can prepare documentation outlining the changes made to system and present changes to peers in written and oral formats
• Has effective communication between peers, project managers and business partners
• Will attend waterfall and Agile design and scrum sessions and have the ability to debrief management and team members on meeting content
• Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile development
• Mainframe

• DB2
• SQL
• Experience in Unemployment systems a plus
