Programmer Analyst  5+ Years of Experience

Specialized technology to plan, develop, test, and deploy production code used in the contact center business operations.  Evaluates user request to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system capabilities. Consults with business owner and users to identify current business practices and develop a set of program requirements and objectives.

Required Skills: Siebel development support and enhancements, Siebel batch jobs, Siebel data and reporting.  State of Michigan agencies, systems, policies, and standards experience strongly desired.

 

This role requires the following:

  • Experienced in analyzing business requirements, generating user specifications, and converting them into code.
  • Experienced Siebel developer.
  • Performs Siebel applet, view changes and troubleshooting data integration issues.
  • Experience in Siebel Tools and Siebel repository file migrations (SRF).
  • Extensive experience in Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM).
  • Experience in Siebel custom report development.
  • Experience in Rational Database Management System (RDBMS) developing data model database triggers, SQL procedures and packages and function to support Oracle and Microsoft SQL Servers.
  • Develops Siebel technical designs, develop solutions based on design documents and use cases.
  • Performs unit testing, troubleshooting, problem solving and debugging Siebel code and database queries.
  • Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team of technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Respond to client email questions and requests/tickets regarding the software application architecture and integrations in the contact center technologies (Siebel, Genesys iWD integrations, Active Directory, SAP, Mainframe, MARCS, HRMN, ORS Clarity, Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Complete understanding of SDLC management practices and methodologies with emphasis on Agile Scrum development methodology.
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Supports working in an agile and/or waterfall team environment.
  • Detailed oriented, data-centric and possess a desire to deliver high quality services.
  • Provides support and escalation after business hours and weekends as required.
