Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO till 6/30/2022, expect to go for 4+ years *** *** W2 hourly contract only; no c2c or 1099 ***

• Support and Develop solutions for ServiceNow applications including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Reporting / Performance Analytiscs
• ServiceNow Application Developer experience with customization
• ServiceNow wizard for maturing platform capabilities and automating administrative tasks such as management of users, groups, and roles.
• Help transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans
• Develop technical specifications, maintain architecture / integration documentation 
• Formulate and socialize development best practices within ServiceNow development team
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix identified ServiceNow system issues / operational support tickets
• Hands-on technical delivery including ability to create and modify Workflows. 
• Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow and maintaining integrations.

Required skills:

• 3 years of ServiceNow Development experience
• 5 years of Experience working on Web Services integrations such as REST, JSON & SOAP
• 5 years of SCRUM / Agile working practices and Devops operation model
• 5Knowledge of CMDB best practices and ServiceNow ITOM Visibility (Discovery and Service Mapping)
• One or more of the following certificates : Certified ServiceNow Platform Implementer, Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator
