**** W2 or 1099 Only - No c2c ***webcam interview *****Very long term project; initial PO till 9/30/2021  with multi year extensions *** Initial remote due to covid then onsite; must be able to pick up laptop in person 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information.
• Acts as Scrum Master and utilizes Scrum Agile framework to manage the project.
• Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to solution development initiatives. 
• Leads cross-functional teams and interacts with all staff levels.
• Analyzes, plans, and develops requirements documents (both functional and technical), building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional and technical architectures.
• Assigns and monitors work of project team members as necessary.
• Designs and implements processes to monitor and control resources, budget, risks and value to project goals and objectives. 
• Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to ensure project completion.
• Exercises excellent verbal and written communication skills and interacts professionally with a diverse 
• group; software developers, UI/UX Designers, Solutions Architects, agency business and technical 
• owners, SME’s and senior executive management. 
• Effectively manages scope throughout the project duration. 
• Maintains accurate project schedules, financial burn rates, change management, project plans, and status reports.
• Will convey a high level of understanding in the areas of software application programming, database and system design. 
• Will resolve conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies.Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; works with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; and update the appropriate stakeholders as needed

• Required skills:

   

  • 16 years of Experience as a TECHNICAL project manager and/or program manager.
  • 6 years of Experience actively working on Salesforce implementation projects.
  • 6 years of Strong understanding of Scrum Agile framework and use on software development projects.
  • 12 years of Experience in planning and management of time phase critical path scheduling of software and system development.
  • 12 years of Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • 5 years of Strong experience using Agile methodologies integrated with project-level Waterfall scheduling, milestone tracking, and cost/schedule performance.
  • 8 years of Experience with Risk Management techniques and mitigation planning.
  • 6 years of Experience with Business Process Design and/or Reengineering.
  • 10 years of Experience managing project teams.
  • 3 years of Experience with CA Agile (Rally)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.

   

   

   

  • 5 years of Experience with database design.
  • 5 years of Experience with software application development.
