Job Description:

  • Exceptionally motivated Dynamics365 functional consultant for the definition and configuration/development of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations ERP for supply chain operations in CPG, Retail, and Cultivation, Production, and Packaging operations.
  • This role will collaborate with the customer’s development team and business stake holders to ensure that the solution is configured appropriately for the business operations across multiple sites.
  • Person will need to have the ability to lead offshore teams and the ability to meet with Business users/stakeholders and help drive the project with our existing team.

 

Required Skills:

This individual should be conversant with MS Dynamics functional configuration capabilities to guide the business stakeholders in incorporating the best practices offered by the system in their business processes and operations, and will need to possess functional expertise of the solution in the following:

  • Product Information Management
  • Procurement with Inventory Management
  • Basic & Advanced Warehouse Management
  • Sales & Marketing
  • AP/AR/GL with Costing
  • MRP with Master Planning
  • Production Execution with Quality
  • PowerBI Dashboards & Reporting
  • Integration to and from external systems
  • Strong understanding of CPG retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and related supply chain & finance functions, and processes

Configuration and development experience should include the following activities:

  • Providing insight into best practices in MS Dynamics ERP solution relevant to CPG, Retail, Cultivation, Production, and Packaging Operations based on past experience in similar system domain, preferably in the Cannabis industry
  • Conducting Discovery sessions with business user groups and prepare the functional requirements document
  • Preparing business process flowcharts and business process mapping documents
  • Providing functional expertise for solution configuration & integration to external systems
  • Providing demos to the business groups to showcase the solution capabilities relevant to the operations at hand
  • Communicating the requirements to the development team
  • Working closely with the configuration team and validate the solution as configured is aligned with the requirements
  • Assisting the development team in preparing user acceptance test scripts and training documents
  • Participating in user acceptance testing & training sessions with the business groups
