**** W2 or 1099 Only - No c2c ***webcam interview *****Very long term project; initial PO till 9/30/2021 with multi year extensions *** Initial remote due to covid then onsite; must be able to pick up laptop in person

Required skills:
- 12 years of BA experience
- 12 years of Software Development Lifecycle experience
- 12 years of Requirements gathering and documentation
- 12 years of MS Office/PowerPoint experience
- 10 years of Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 10 years of Writing design specs for complex systems
- 8 years of Client Relationship Management experience
- 8 years of Business process analysis and the ability to implement change
- 3 years of Experience with MS Project or other Project Management software
- 5 years of Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) mostly Agile
- 8 years of Experience with User Interface Designs for WEB applications
- 4 years of Experience with developing strategies and processes to improve overall business workflow
- 8 years of Strong communication skills - ability to articulate technical terms and complex data clearly to non-technical audience both verbally and in writing
- 8 years of Knowledge and understanding of relational databases and SQL
- 2 years of Experience with Workers Compensation
- 5 years of Experience developing use cases
