Job Description:

• Agile lead – background in SAFE, scaled agile.
• Each of the leads will support up to  2 scrum teams, 2 week sprints.
• This person will help external factors (reporting, supporting external teams so scrum teams can move faster, Will track dependencies with scrum teams, make sure estimates provided, build a timeline, data driven decisions to make expectations. Organize teams and help deal with other teams.
• Could be called a Portfolio lead or portfolio manager.
• If they are technical it would be a bonus.
• Does not require a certification but it is a nice to have – SAFE, Agile Scrum.
• Experience working with a matrix corporation – multiple scrum teams, across functions.
• JIRA, confluence, Google sheets.
• Great communication/customer facing.
• Working with internal and external customers.
