Mandatory Qualification

Project Manager:

• Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.

Expert 7+ years

• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field

Requested Qualifications:

•  7 years experience managing highly complex and multi-party IT programs and COTS implementation with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• 7 years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams, mobilizing disparate groups of people toward a common and ambitious goal, managing horizontally
• 7 years experience interacting with High-Level Executives and Senior Management as well as working with stakeholders to define and develop business processes and procedures and system requirements
• 7 years experience resolving conflicts and negotiating a resolution between multiple parties and stakeholders
• 7 years experience with technical writing required, including experience writing Business Requirements Documents and Use Case/User Story development
• 7 years experience documenting, implementing test strategies, plans, and scripts as well as executing unit, system integration and functional testing
• 7 years experience managing multiple concurrent Vendors and contracts
• 7 years experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) to include various technologies, test documentation and procedures
• 2 years in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project
• A masters degree from an accredited college, in Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Administration
