Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO till 6/30/2023, expect to go for 4+ years ***  Initial remote due to covid then Onsite -  *** W2 hourly contract only; no c2c or 1099 ***

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement healthcare performance metrics for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs).
• Oversee the selection, development, and implementation of performance measures.
• Define and develop data collection plans, ensure data quality standards, and dissemination of results.
• Review and validate CCBHC performance data, prepare CMS data compliance and issue reports, provide data research and support to DBHDD and CCBHCs, track and manage data issues with collection and reporting.
• Coordinate and support organizational work plans for oversight and monitoring of the performance metrics related to the CCBHC project. 
• Develop and manage project plans by defining milestones, setting deadlines, delegating tasks, coordinating project meetings, and ensuring on time completion of work.
• Document business rules, functional requirements, non-functional requirements and process flows.
• Define operational definitions of performance metrics using available healthcare data, map data elements for each metric, maintain data mapping documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in data collection and analysis.
• Support and leadership in change/project management.
• 4+ years of academic or relevant work experience with data collection and management, data statistical analysis, and data interpretation/consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required in IT, data science & analytics, business, statistics, business management OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
• Must have knowledge and experience in healthcare data management (e.g. Electronic Health Records, Health Information Systems, etc.)
• Must have knowledge and experience in healthcare claims (e.g. 837/835/277/999 and UB04, CMS 1500 forms)

Required skills:
