Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years *** Remote during covid then onsite; candidate must pickup laptop in person for remote work.

This is a senior level position that will be responsible work on all phases of the project but not limited to coding, testing etc. The position requires thorough knowledge of COBOL,CICS and DB2.  The position also requires thorough knowledge of  batch jobs utilizing JCL, Zeke and Endevor.  The position requires the ability to handle the implementation of small to medium scale technical efforts and the ability to complete detailed technical documentation.  The developer must also be able to effectively communicate, in verbal and written form, consult with the clients and other resources and resolve technical problems.  This position also requires the developer to be self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks, and can resolve or escalate issues to management in a timely fashion.  

Required skills:

• 10 years of Experienced in application analysis, design and system integration with COBOL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2
• 10 years of Experienced in utilizing systems development life cycle processes including analysis, requirement solicitation, and documentation
• 7 years of Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
• Strong CICS
• Knowledge of devops

• 5 years of Experienced in complex business functions that are described through use cases and user stories

• One or more of the following : CICS Web Services or .Net/Visual Studio
