Job Description:
Data Operations Skills
- Experience in managing large scale data operations on cloud for functions including data pipelines, infrastructure and reporting
- Define long term data operations strategy for customers
- Build and streamline data operations process for large scale data pipeline infrastructure
- Identify critical operational issues and create short term and long term solutions
- Build the framework and KPI’s for the SLA reporting, status reporting and other types of reports
- Organize war rooms and lead and guide the team and customer through high priority (P1) and Severity (S1) issues
- Work with Customer Success teams to create communication strategy for data operations
- Help customer with long term planning and scalability for data operations
- Plan, build, mentor and guide the onshore and offshore operations team
- Define and manage the SLA’s and help customer devise optimal SLAs for various aspects of data operations
- Provide thought leadership to customer on identifying the right tools, policies and procedures for data operations
- Ability to lead a large multi-functional team and good communication skills
Technical Skills
- Extensive experience in AWS Data Services including EMR,EC2, Glue, Lambda etc
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Data modeling and dimensional modeling
- Experience with Python, Unix Shell Scripting
- Experience with ITSM tools and processes
- Experience with orchestration and scheduling tools
- Experience with Health Information Systems
- Experience on Healthcare Payer and full understanding of payer life cycle
- ITIL Certification is a plus
- HL7 certification is a plus
