Interview Type: Skype *** Very long term project; initial PO for 1 year, expect to go for 4+ years *** Remote during covid then onsite; 

• Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
• Development of system test plans and manual test cases
• Execution of the test cases and test scripts
• Defect management and reporting
• Providing input or creating testing artifacts to include but not be limited to:  Test Plans, Test Results, Metrics and Defect Reports
• Providing weekly status reports to Management

Required skills:

• 7 years of 
• Experience testing business web applications and complex business applications across technologies
• Experience in designing test plans, manual test case definition and test case execution, review and analysis of project requirements
• Demonstrated ability to excel in documentation (Test cases, test plans and test artifacts).
• Experience with HP Testing Tools Suite (ALM, UFT, LoadRunner/Performance Center and SiteScope)
• Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience testing in an Agile life-cycle environment
• Ability to learn complex business functions

Desired skills:

• 1 years of Knowledge of DOT Right of Way principals, theories and practices

• Public sector experience, local
