Mandatory Qualification:

• Produces and maintains websites, including web graphic design; interface design; authoring standardized code and proprietary software; user experience design; and search engine optimization.
• 7+ years Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 

Required Skills:

• 8 years experience in UX (user experience) methodologies while working directly with users to gather application requirements.
• 8 years experience in web-based application user interface design which leverage emergent technologies and accessibility standards defined in World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
•  8 years experience in user interface design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq, UXPin or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• 7 years experience with prototyping user interfaces
• 7 years experience and knowledge of using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design coding for mobile devices.
• 5 years experience in web designing using Bootstrap framework.
• 4 years experience troubleshooting styling and browser compatibility issues.
• 4 years experience with designing web based health care applications.
