Requirements:

• Experience in large scale application development in support of Legacy applications, including reporting processes (10+ years);
• Experience with COBOL;
• Experience with IDMS;
• Experience with XML integrations using Vegasoft.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and system support for the Code Enforcement Section;
• Provide technical support to the existing Legacy Code Enforcement system (COBOL/IDMS), and its multiple integrations with other County systems, including XML integrations using Vegasoft;
• Provide technical support to the system's substantial batch reporting functionality;
• Provide technical support to Ad hoc processes required to satisfy complex reporting requirements;
• Develop documentation and track system changes;
• Work with business analysts and end-users to test and implement new reporting requirements and integrations with external system;
