Job description:

** Webcam interview.** Initial PO for 12 months; usually projects with this customer goes for 3+ years *** onsite.

This position will work in an office environment following established/recommended guidelines for safety and social distancing.

Role and Responsibilities

emphasis on Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, SCCM computer imaging, building and updating images, system automation, TCP/IP design, group policies, and leading IT projects experience to support its Configuration and Deployment team. The Configuration and Deployment team values contributors who are passionate about customer service excellence, efficiency, creativity, and a big picture view of how to solve problems.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor (4 yr) degree, in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science OR equivalent work experience.
Microsoft Windows operating systems
SCCM
Building and updating images
System automation
TCP/IP design and troubleshooting skills in a large, multi-subnet environment
Group policies
Active Directory
Technical documentation
Leading IT projects
ITIL framework experience
