- Client and Clinical forms creation and customizations
- Develop and manage system requirements.
- Produce technical design documentation.
- Develop, design and deploy long-term solutions.
- Create test scripts and test results.
- Monitor Electronic Health Records environments
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
- 5 - 10 years of Electronic Health Records System support
- 5 - 10 years of CRM development
- 5 years of customer service support with technology
- 10 years of technology development experience
- 5 years of software development life cycle experience
- 5 - 8 years of experience with Behavioral Health Programs/Facilities/Agencies
