Required Skills: 

• 10+ experience in Data management areas: data integration, quality and analysis
• 3+ exposure in healthcare payor or clinical data segments
• Strong expertise in analysing complex datasets through sql
• 3+ experience in AWS tool stack : S3, EC2, Glue, Athena, Redshift
• Own delivery of DataOps work stream, evaluate the priority of incidents and orchestrate daily activities
• Continuously evaluate and refine existing production processes ranging from data ingestion, data availability, reporting and compliance/
• Provide technical guidance and mentor the team in building SOPs to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Diligently track production SLAs on frequent basis
• Ability to work with cross functional teams (implementation, QA, Engineering) to solve problem at hand
• Exposure to Data Governance policies, particularly in Data quality and Reference data management. Work with client Data governance stakeholders to setup enterprise standards in tracking data quality
• Ability to understand end to end data lineage and build Quality, Audit/Balance/Control Reports
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality and transformation issues in production data pipelines
• Experience in Python and guide the team in planning and building automation frameworks
• Strong oral, verbal communication skills and present operational highlights to client leadership on weekly basis
